Yesterday, I chipped one of my front teeth, in a dental implanted bridge. I returned to the practice that had put them in originally, about a decade ago. Because my former dentist had retired, I was examined by Dr. Manchester. I thought that I would have to come back to get it repaired later in the week. Instead, Dr. Manchester made time for me and repaired the implant today! And it looks like new! Not only that, but the staff and the doctors are just wonderful. They're so kind and so understanding and so skillful that I highly recommend coming to this practice if you need dental implants. I felt like I got a VIP treatment!

I went to Dr. Manchester's practice, on a referral from my general dentist. When we checked in, Cheryl and Katie greeted us warmly at the front desk. They know their stuff and were always kind no matter how many questions or requests we threw at them throughout treatment. In the back, dental assistants Hailey and Linda worked seamlessly as a team. They have a great rapport with the doctor and it is clear how important being a cohesive team is to them. Dr. Manchester is very intelligent and skilled however he does not have a big ego nor is he unapproachable. He does excellent work and has very high standards.... no shortcuts here. The practice is clean, orderly, and everyone washed their hands/gloved up at all of the appropriate times which is really important in my immune compromised state. What stands out is how well everyone listens and wants to understand what the patient finds important as well as what they need from a health standpoint. They excel in communication!!! This team is open minded and flexible when asked for clarification. There is no perceived drama or negativity in the practice which made it a wonderful place to receive so many treatments. From the moment I arrived until I left, I was made to feel like I mattered. Dr. Manchester, his chair-side team, and front office staff are wonderful as well as highly skilled. I was recommended to the office by a satisfied family member; I'm so glad they cared enough to share this gem of a practice with me. I wouldn't hesitate to refer anyone needing their type of services because they have integrity above all!

Shady... Receptionist stated, Yes they take both my Medical & Dental insurance & took that information. Both medical & dental insurance sent a letter denying coverage- OUT OF NETWORK. I called the same receptionist (Sherry) to cancel the appointment. She stated, she would work with my insurance to match their network price (seems like I had to do most the work over months to figure out that network price for her). Yes, they accept your insurers network payment, but the catch is YOU PAY FOR THE REMAINING OF THAT ORIGINAL BILL.. I was led on to believe the network price should covered 100% of the bill or close, if not doctor will most likely adjust bill down... NOPE, original bill was thousands more than ins. network price & NO DISCOUNTS WERE OFFERED at time of agreement. (If they really took my insurance as they originally told me they did, this should of cost NOTHING, since my yearly deductibles were already met).
